Red Blue Records Mural

I've started work on a mural at Red Blue Records in Medford. It's based on an illustration that I did a little while back of different kinds of skulls. It's been a new experience for sure and so far it's been a lot of fun learning how to cut stencils and everything. Here's a sneak peak... more to come!

Animal Skulls

Something I did on Thanksgiving. I love drawing bones and skulls, so it was a lot of fun to do. I'm still experimenting with color and finding things that work and things that don't.

Here are a couple of paintings from my time spent at Rollstone thus far. Hopefully now that the heat is on I can spend a little more time there!

Raven Chair

Someone donated some old chairs to Rollstone Studios and asked the artists to paint them. I took one and this is what I came up with. It is Halloween after all...

I believe the chairs will be for sale at Rollstone in Fitchburg. If you would like to purchase this one in particular (or have any questions about it), feel free to email me at sophy(at)sophytuttle.com.

Rollstone Studios

I've recently joined an artist's collective/gallery in downtown Fitchburg called Rollstone Studios. It's a great community with some nice studio spaces still available! The only cost is utilities. You can get to our website is here. We're still looking for some more artists to join us... if you're in the area it's a really incredible deal.

This fall, the artists are offering a few d
ifferent classes. Check out the flyer below to see if anything interests you!

Also, I'll be doing henna pumpkins on the first Thursday of October, which I believe is the 7th. It will either be at the studio on Main Street, or at the Concert Festival put on by Fitchburg State on the same day. Details to come!
